The problem ended up being the wiring between the PTU and coilpacks. Im assuming that when i pulled back the harness to rest it on the windshield, it cracked the wires on 3 of the cylinders, (1, 3, and 2 ) and wasnt giving it a good enough spark to ignite. On top of all that, all the cranking and cranking fouled the plugs. I spliced and soldered the 3 wires back together, cleaned out the plugs and it fired right up! I guesse thats why people say replace your EFI harness when you have everything out lol !
